SOCIAL ISSUE

People are different in many ways,
And its okay , we should embrace,
But some treats other with hate and fear,
And that is the big social issue.
Skin color , gender or who we love ,
Should never cause or fun of be made,
Gender should not dictate opportunity ,
All humans deserves respect and dignity ,
This is the foundation of a just society .
Injustice spreads like wildfire,
Leaving ashes of pain and despair ,
Racism, sexism and inequality,
Are plagues that infect our communities,
Leaving scars that never heal,
And hearts that never feel at ease.
Let us speak up for what is right ,
And stand together , side by side ,
For a world where everyone has a choice ,
Where love and compassion reign supreme ,
And social issues are but a distant dream.
For a world that is fair and just,
Where kindness and love are a must.
